Yesterday took us from 7000 foot elevation to about 3000, and we had to adjust the air mattress! We also went from daytime temps in 60's to 88 degrees! First thing I did after pulling in was change into shorts! Overnights are also warmer now, so ditched the flannels and blankets, and turn thermostat to cooling from heat. All in a days drive! It is still dry, but maybe not quite so. We have used a ton of skin lotion and purchased another chap stick to deal with the dryness, but have thoroughly enjoyed the fall like warm and sunny days with chilly......sometimes cold.....nights. One night we made hot chocolate....yesterday switched to iced tea. And of course, the change in landscape, which has gotten flat, flat, flat! Prepping us for Texas?!
